A global FM Organisation are seeking a Facilities Manager for a commercial site in the Montrose area. This will be working on a major contract with the client being a well established business in their field. This role offers a great route into a leading FM provider, renowned for excellent career pathways and opportunities to develop.
The main responsibilities are as follows:
- Managing budgets, service charge accounts, and client reporting.
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Delivering exceptional client satisfaction by achieving service level requirements (SLR) and driving operational excellence.
- Leading and developing a motivated, high-performing team, including organizing team meetings and performance management.
- Coordinating with project managers for integrated service delivery.
- Driving innovation, customer service strategies, and a culture of continuous improvement.
- Fostering strong client relationships and promoting a "One Team" approach.
- Managing resources and subcontractors to maintain service quality
