Facilities Director

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Director to lead the management of our firmwide premises and facilities. You will oversee lease obligations, space efficiency, and cost management, collaborating with local partners and the CFO to develop tailored premises strategies. This includes managing office relocations, lease negotiations and fit outs, ensuring projects are delivered on time and are within budget.

In addition, you will manage a £17m FM budget for our London office, leading a team of 26 to maintain high service levels across security, catering, cleaning and more. You will also play a pivotal role in firmwide business continuity and health and safety.

Frequent travel is required in this position due to the nature of projects.
