The role
ITV Signpost are looking for a Facilities Coordinator to work within the operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Raising freelance worker contracts
- Raising POs and tracking payments
- Setting up new suppliers in ITV systems
- Scheduling all media through the studio
- Ordering, tracking, archiving and deleting media
- Liaising with freelance staff and external clients and ITV departments
- Managing office and studio resources
- Booking staff travel and accommodation
- Navigating a variety of different systems used by the wider production team
- Produce accurate preparation material from TV programmes and other media sources.
- Autocue operation
- Ensuring delivery deadlines are met for all programmes
- Project work as required
Skills you'll need (minimum criteria):
- Proactive organisational skills with the ability to time manage and prioritise workloads, delivering to tight deadlines and adhering to schedules
- A high degree of literacy with effective written and oral English communication skills.
- Advanced IT skills specifically Google Drive and Airtable with the ability to adapt quickly to new bespoke computer packages and evolving working methods
- Ability to implement schedule, costing and production procedures
- Is committed to social inclusion and diversity
Other things we're looking for (desirable criteria)
- An understanding of IR35
- An understanding of off-payroll working, for example Ltd companies, self employed, PSCs etc
- A good working knowledge of Adobe
- An understanding of data protection and privacy
- Deaf Awareness
