What will I be doing?
- Lead a small external team including management of subcontracting sheet metal activities
- Is responsible for the external supply sub process as part of the Safran supply chain process
- Follow the SQCDPI KPIs
- Responsible for a number of suppliers based locally or internationally (visit to suppliers at regular intervals) and associated portfolio (more than 900 P/N)
- Manage all external scheduling parameters in SAP
- Is accountable for the accuracy of the demand signal being sent out to its supplier base
- Takes part in improvement activities and audits (EN9100, One Safran, etc...)
- Maintain guidelines up to date and in line with Safran process
- Maintain Silver Level on external scheduling maturity and develop a plan to reach Gold
- Works as part of a cross functional team and ensures communication between a multi-functional team
• Support an amount of procurement activities
Travel specifictity
Visit suppliers and subcontractors are regular intervals (quarterly or annually)
