Salary: £45,944, increasing to £49,654 after 12 months

This is a Hybrid Working role with a requirement to attend our Farringdon office, with flexibility required in line with business needs.

This is a great opportunity to make an impact, effect change, and have significant input as an Export Sales Analysis and Performance Management Manager. Your role will be responsible for exploiting sales and finance data to understand customer performance trends, opportunities/risk, and to expedite effective performance management of the 350 strong Royal Mail and Parcelforce salesforce.

About the role
• You'll analyse weekly, monthly, quarterly and year on year customer performance to allow targeted activity to capitalise on opportunities and mitigate threats to export account revenue
• You'll produce actionable reports on performance of Sales unit as whole and at campaign level
• You'll produce material for Sales engagement sessions including with MD Sales, Sales leaders and production of Sales scorecard with appropriate insightful commentary
• As Export Sales Analyst you'll regularly reviews Sales pipeline and develops and improves measures to more quickly convert deals
• You'll carry out mix of regular and ad hoc sales analysis in response to regular and specific business requirements.
• Works closely with Sales Information Team to produce and improve available data. Uses data and trend analysis to identify and propose upsell/ cross sell opportunities.

About you
To truly excel in the role, you will possess the necessary skills and experience listed below -
• Highly numerate and able to model various customer and sales scenarios
• Excellent organisational skills with strong ability to use multiple reporting tools
• Able to produce actionable data led analysis and insight to drive focused activity across 350 strong salesforce
• Excellent communication and presentation skills and proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
• Able to produce regular cadence reporting and analysis and proactively improve format, content etc whilst drawing conclusions from data that allow more effective sales engagement.
• Knowledge and experience of International products and RM Sales/commercial ways of working and reporting systems is advantageous
• Highly motivated with willingness to take action, and own their own performance
