We are hiring an Expert Creative Manager (Senior Conceptual Creative Copywriter), a senior specialist who thinks in big repeatable campaign ideas and writes like a pro. This is a hands on role for a creative who leads through the quality of their ideas and craft. You will turn business strategy into big, memorable ideas and write the scripts, headlines and narratives that make them land across every channel. You will collaborate closely with global peers and partners and lightly steer vendors and agencies when needed, but this role is first and foremost about ideas and writing.

You will sometimes travel to our global offices for collaboration, workshops and filming, and you will work across multiple time zones.

About The Role

What you will do

Concept and campaign systems

  • Create big repeatable campaign ideas and creative territories that scale across brand, performance and product moments.
  • Build story frameworks that flex into video, social systems, OOH lines and product adjacent narratives.
  • Partner with Product Marketing and the Sales teams to turn positioning into campaign systems and translate campaigns into practical sales tools such as decks, one pagers and case studies.

Write the work

  • Craft TV or OLV scripts, film VO, social copy, OOH headlines, landing page narratives and product messaging.
  • Develop memorable lines, hooks and repeatable copy devices that build brand memory.
  • Edit for clarity, rhythm and brevity; protect the idea through the draft, review and ship cycle.

Voice and messaging

  • Evolve and uphold monday.com's voice; create concise guidelines, messaging ladders and line libraries others can use.
  • Translate complex product value into simple, human language without buzzwords.

Test and learn

  • Partner with performance to plan creative tests, interpret results and iterate lines, structures and lengths.
  • Build variant sets such as hooks, CTAs, thumbnails and supers that balance craft with speed.

Creative stewardship

  • Be the creative guardian for your concepts, guiding designers, motion and editors to keep work true to the core idea and strategy.
  • Elevate the team's craft by mentoring junior team members with clear, constructive feedback.

Bring new AI tools

  • Lead creative AI exploration across Marketing and Creative, keeping a steady stream of new models, plugins and workflows that unlock better ideas.
  • Turn experiments into real value for the work, from alternative lines and table reads to concept boards and fast variations at scale.
  • Set simple guardrails for quality, ethics, privacy and attribution in partnership with Legal and IT.
  • Share what works through short demos and clear playbooks so the whole team can move faster.

Requirements

What you will bring

  • In house experience at a global brand as well as agency side.
  • Brand side experience at a global company in addition to agency work.
  • A portfolio of big repeatable campaign ideas and precise writing, including film scripts, sticky OOH, social systems and product narratives.
  • Presentation skill: you can frame a problem, sell an idea through strategy and data, and read a room. You guide stakeholders through the creative process, explain the thinking and recommend the right approach for the brand.
  • You work with humility and gratitude, and you make every team and project better through your positive energy and inspiring ideas.
  • Performance fluency: comfortable testing hooks and lengths and iterating from data.
  • Production literacy: from table read to shoot to edit, you know how to keep the story tight.
  • Creative AI proficiency to accelerate exploration and polish.
  • Native or highly proficient English; exceptional written and verbal communication.
  • Comfort collaborating across regions and time zones; experience localising lines without losing intent.
