Company Description

Red Bull UK is recruiting for an Experience and London Groups Manager FTC 14 Months, to be based within London UK.

You will be a key part of the London On-Premise team, both internally and externally, managing some of the most influential London group customers in the city, as well as delivering world-class execution in the outlets we work with. As part of our mission to make London the #1 On-Premise lighthouse globally, you will be tasked with ensuring we are listed and executed to a best-in-class standard across certain hotspots in the city, including hotels, restaurants, and bars. You will also work alongside our Musketeer team to ensure we get maximum return from our relationships, as well as executing bespoke projects.

You will manage all internal and external hospitality requests and visits from other markets, meaning that the organization of this falls under your responsibility. This covers everything from taking full responsibility for hospitality at London-based country visits, liaising with PAs, finding and sourcing the best places to send guests, booking into the top hotels, and ensuring their experience is nothing but world-class.

Job Description

Be an active ambassador for the Red Bull brand both within the internal On Premise network and externally within the industry.
Majority of time in the field spent meeting customers and being present in the evening scene.

Drive availability, visibility, and volume of Red Bull in the On Premise in London:

Increase the distribution and availability of Red Bull in the most important and influential groups in London.
Increase Red Bull visibility and execution across the London On Premise scene by agreeing and activating marketing tools and campaigns within your account base.
Best in class account management to grow volume and strengthen relationships within existing partnerships.
Identify and win new business with key groups that don't currently work with Red Bull.
Work closely with the Musketeer Team to ensure availability and visibility at venue level with group accounts.

Manage and deliver world class hospitality for internal and external stakeholders:

Management and delivery of all London hospitality, from market visits and bookings through to hosting during evenings and events.
Network with the London industry to maintain and develop strong relationships with key decision makers and industry stakeholders.
Work closely with the Musketeer Team to ensure the best possible experience for guests.

Qualifications

Excellent communication, organizational, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
Ability to establish "next-level" relationships across our customer base and potential base.
Autonomous, self-starter with a focus on delivering excellent experiences both internally and externally.
Sales, account management, and/or marketing experience.
Extremely well-networked across the On-Premise sector in London.
Able to manage time and workload to optimize effectiveness and efficiency.
