You will develop a deep understanding of the end-to-end recruitment experience from sourcing and attraction to day one and will ensure the people, systems and processes are perfectly aligned to deliver a best-in-class experience.

You will be part of a team of Experience & Enabling Technology Managers responsible for the continuous evolution and improvement of the Talent Acquisition experience across all hire types from Early Careers to Partner.

Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition Experience:

TA Experience

  • Own the TA Experience Principles and ensure they are incorporated into every project
  • Enable the continuous evolution and innovation of the Talent Acquisition experience through internal and external insights, candidate, hiring manager & recruiter feedback, and Talent Acquisition technology expertise
  • Improve candidate & recruiter experience using feedback tools to identify issues, deliver quality solutions with documented benefits

Project Management

  • In conjunction with other members of the Experience & Enabling Technology team, build and deliver a comprehensive rolling 12-month experience & technology plan
  • Act as project manager/SME on designated experience & technology projects, delivering projects via multi-disciplinary teams (TA/IT/HR/Legal)

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Engage with senior stakeholders within Talent Acquisition and across HR to understand strategic priorities, projects and impacts on TA experience & technology
  • Work with representatives from across Talent Acquisition to embed experience & technology changes, ensuring teams are appropriately trained and all operating procedures and processes are up to date
  • Share experience & technology insights with key stakeholders including candidate and hiring manager feedback and process pinch points to inform future improvements

Technology

  • Work in partnership with the Technology Product Owner to implement technology change requests and projects
  • Develop and implement the TA technology roadmap including innovating the experience using AI
  • Ensure technology is compliant with all Deloitte Legal and Governance processes gaining necessary approvals for technology or process changes
  • Manage the implementation of new TA technologies from requirements gathering, supplier assessment, implementation & governance and BAU support model
  • Research & identify innovative technology systems and tools that enable a positive candidate and recruiter experience
  • Monitor the TA technology support model, working with the Technology Product Owner to address issues and manage the quality of support

Supplier Management & Finance

  • Foster strong supplier relationships, coordinating regular supplier review meetings and managing performance alongside Vendor Management
  • Regular connections with technology vendors to brief on project and change request and manage through to completion
  • Regular Strategic reviews with tech suppliers to continually evolve the technology roadmap
  • Track budgets for allocated projects and coordinate the finance process

  • Significant experience of working within a recruitment function and understanding the full candidate and hiring manager lifecycle and enabling processes
  • Experience of working with senior stakeholders to co-create Talent Acquisition solutions that enable the strategic vision
  • Influencing skills to gain stakeholder buy-in, and storytelling including experience in delivering presentation
  • Knowledge of the external Talent Acquisition technology landscape and latest innovations including AI
  • Experience of leading on technical and functional aspects of recruitment technology improvements and enhancements (i.e., ATS, VMS, CRM) including partnering with key stakeholders to complete requirements gathering, system design and implementation and benefits tracking.
  • Experience of working with medium to large scale 3rd party vendors ensuring the quality of their service provision meets our needs
  • Strong project management and organisation skills with proven experience of leading and delivering projects
  • Risk focussed with proven experience of mitigation with a commercial mindset, and seeing through issues to positive resolution.
