£80,000 - £120,000 + excellent bonus and benefits

Outstanding opportunity for an experienced recruitment professional to step into a leading executive search firm. You would be joining an outstanding and diverse team, who operate across the c-suite. Within a firm with a highly respected brand, that will open doors for you. Fee earners within this firm are consistently generating between £1m - £2m per annum. You would be able to leverage their existing client relationships, as well as nurturing your own network. You will be given time, autonomy and support - to take your billings and personal earnings to the next level.

We are therefore interested in speaking to confident and entrepreneurial recruiters - with the credibility to operate on international c-level mandates. You will ideally have had experience of retained search previously. However. if you have a strong track record within contingency recruitment, this could be your opportunity to transition into search. We are interested in people from all sector backgrounds, although in particular financial or professional services, STEM or FMCG related industries.

A very competitive financial package is available. The above salary figure is a guide and more could be available for the right person.
