Join us in a role positioned at the core of Sky's UK Consumer business. As Executive Assistant to the CEO, UK Consumer, you will provide trusted, high-level support to a senior leader driving strategy, performance, and delivery across a complex and fast-moving organisation. This role demands exceptional judgement, discretion, and organisational excellence, operating with confidence and credibility across a broad stakeholder landscape. It's a position for someone who thrives in a high-impact environment and brings the professionalism and precision required to support leadership at this level.

What you'll do:

  • Act as the first point of contact for senior internal and external stakeholders, representing the CEO, UK Consumer with credibility and professionalism.
  • Anticipate priorities, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues before they cause delay.
  • Provide comprehensive, end-to-end support, including complex, high-level diary management via Outlook.
  • Manage a busy weekly travel schedule - including international travel when required - coordinating all logistics seamlessly.
  • Managing the CEOs Inbox, responding to emails or delegating where necessary. Bringing urgent emails to the CEOs attention.
  • Act as a trusted gatekeeper, managing emails and requests with sound judgement, sensitivity, and discretion.
  • Prepare relevant information and briefing materials for meetings; respond to appropriate requests from other EMC and the EA team, or Directors within Sky.
  • Oversee executive expense reporting and submissions and approvals.
  • Using internal systems, oversee approval requests
  • Plan, organise, and support team offsites, events and social activities.
  • Meet and manage visitors to ensure the best impression and a professional image is maintained.

What you'll bring:

  • Proven EA experience supporting a CEO or COO in a large, complex organisation.
  • Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills, able to manage multiple competing demands in a fast - paced environment.
  • Experience building trusted, effective working relationships across functions, levels and EA support team.
  • Ability to operate autonomously while working collaboratively as part of a high performing Executive Support team.
  • Sound judgement, discretion, and integrity when handling highly confidential and sensitive information.
  • Highly professional, reliable, and trusted, with a calm and resilient approach under pressure.
  • Proactive and solutions - focused , with a strong service mindset and consistently high standards of delivery.
  • Confident, approachable, and credible, with the ability to engage effectively with senior internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience of managing complex travel for senior executives.
  • Strong capability overseeing executive expenses, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company governance and policy.
  • Advanced IT skills across the full Microsoft Office suite, with the agility to adapt quickly to new systems and ways of working. Experience with Ariba and Workday would be beneficial.
