Executive Assistant to Brand Director JD EMEA

Provide support to the Brand Director in their day to day role, ensuring that all travel and meeting arrangement are in place in addition to attending meetings and supporting with actions. A requirement to assist with communication to the wider Marketing Leadership team and JD Group.

• Job Title - Executive Assistant to Brand Director JD EMEA

• Location - BL9 8RR & M12 6FZ

• Working rota - Monday Friday

• Working hours - 40

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Meeting with Brand Director to understand priorities for the coming week and support in compiling required information for various trade and other meetings, following up the required information with various departments.
  • Maintaining Brand Directors diary by planning and scheduling meetings, meeting rooms, and conference calls and making appropriate arrangements for travel and hospitality.
  • Keeps up to date with Marketing activities and calendar events across the business.
  • Tracks and ensures expenses are submitted on behalf of the group.
  • Supports the Brand Director in maintaining Brand Relationships and attending meetings where appropriate.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong, effective written and spoken communication skills along with excellent research and organizational skills.
  • Evidence of and a commitment to practice a high level of confidentiality.
  • Strong experience in planning, organizing and carrying out the daily activities and administrative functions in a sensitive, highly visible and dynamic and organizational environment, requiring management of multiple and rapidly changing priorities.
  • Strong office administrative and management practices and procedures.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office with the ability to learn new software and computer systems as well as advanced use of PowerPoint, spreadsheet, graphics and other business management software. Must be flexible and be able to work in a high-change, quick-paced environment.
