On behalf of PwC, we are looking for an Executive Assistant for a 5 month contract based in our Manchester or Leeds Office.
Purpose of the role:
As an Executive Assistant you will provide crucial administrative, secretarial, and organisational support to partners and directors.
What you'll do:
- Proactively manage demanding diaries, scheduling meetings
- Act as a first point of contact, answer calls, manage emails, and prepare and proofread reports, presentations
- Organise internal and external meetings, including booking venues, arranging catering, managing IT requirements
- Plan and book all aspects of business travel
- Compile and prepare presentations and reports using PwC standards and software
- Maintain and update client and internal databases, manage filing systems, and ensure control over confidential information
- Handle expense reporting, manage timesheets, and provide general administrative assistance to support the executive and team
The skills you'll need:
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Good working knowledge of standard software packages
- The ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure
