Job Description

What You'll Be Doing:

• Brand Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key brand partners, securing collaborations that enhance the Everlast Gyms experience.
• Event Management: Plan and execute engaging events, from club openings to large-scale activations, ensuring smooth delivery and maximum impact.
• Strategic Growth: Identify new brand opportunities that align with our vision, driving commercial success and member engagement.
• Stakeholder Management: Work closely with internal teams, external partners, and senior leadership to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
• Marketing & Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing, fitness and sales team to amplify brand partnerships and event promotions across multiple channels.
• Impact the Elevation Program: Collaborate with all departments and our gym teams before, during and after elevation to drive awareness and support new openings and transformations.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in brand partnerships, events, or marketing within fitness, retail, or lifestyle industries.
• Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
• A creative and strategic mindset with the ability to drive commercial success.
• Experience in event planning, from concept to execution.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
