Overview:

Reporting to the Head of Premium Operations, this role will support with the planning, delivery and reconciliation of all THFC and Third-Party event days. The delivery and reconciliation will also include the facilitation and execution of any pre-match/pre-event and on the day requests.

During all match and third-party event days, your responsibility will be driving and supporting the entire service delivery with a focus on both internal and external guest experience within all internal areas including club spaces, media and broadcast facilities and family and friends areas.

Non-event days and outside of event season, you will also be required to support with the set up and delivery of both internal and external Conferences and Events (C&E). Any assigned events will be allocated to you by the senior team within your weekly rota. The rota also details your shift pattern where you will be allocated five days out of seven on a weekly basis.

Bringing experience from within either stadia, hotels, restaurants, or conference venues, be it from holding

a full-time position, or from a variable background you are now looking for and are ready to further develop your existing leadership experience.

Role Purpose

To effectively and professionally manage all internal THFC, Third-Party and Conferences & Events as rostered.

Building and maintaining key relationships with both internal and external clients not limited to but including Team Personnel, VIP's and external event organisers.

Fostering transparent and genuine relationships with co-workers and the wider Levy UK family.

Key Focus Areas

  • Supports with the delivery of first-class match day and event day hospitality.
  • Supports with the delivery and co-ordination of both internal and external Conference and Events.
  • Champions the importance of Health & Safety within the department and leads by example.
  • Inspires and shares knowledge with both their match day and event day team, supporting with on-going training and development where required.
  • Reviews performance and service delivery, event by event, to ensure that KPI's and customer and client expectations are exceeded.
  • Aware and up to date with market trends.
  • Completes all other responsibilities and duties as deemed reasonable by direct line manager.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience within quality food led service environments.
  • Experience in a multisite outlet, stadium, or event catering environment is highly desirable.
  • Can demonstrate some experience of dealing with high-profile clientele, VIP guests and senior stakeholders.
  • Personal circumstances must allow working flexible hours to align with our diverse stadia activity.
  • You must be an excellent communicator.
  • You will have strong organisation skills and the ability to see beyond the obvious
  • You will be resourceful in seizing opportunities and solving problems as and when they arise.
  • You will be comfortable with multi-tasking and prioritising your own workflow.
  • Focus on growing the team and developing client relationships.
  • Values working relationships.
  • Effective team player, with a "can-do" attitude.
  • Assertive yet calm and works well under pressure.
