Who We're Looking For

We harness our pioneering track record and specialist, expert edge to identify and transform areas of structural inefficiency and opportunity across global private markets. Through our focus on value creation and enabled by our specialised mid-market expertise and global network, we unlock opportunities and deliver superior risk-adjusted returns at scale in the most attractive and high-growth segments across private equity, private debt and credit alternatives, energy transition infrastructure and real estate.

What you'll do

In this delivery-focused role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of Schroders Capital events, including both owned events and our involvement in third-party conferences and sponsorships. • Work closely with colleagues in the Schroders Capital marketing team on event promotion and ensure updates are accurately reflected across relevant digital channels.
  • Manage event registration processes, monitoring engagement and ensuring a smooth client experience.

Stakeholder coordination

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across Schroders Capital marketing, as well as Business Development, PR, Compliance, and Investment teams to ensure events are delivered to the highest standards and in line with business requirements.
  • Set up and lead cross-functional event working groups to ensure alignment, clear communication, and strong coordination throughout the planning process.

Logistics & operations

  • Oversee all operational aspects including budgets for individual events, supplier management, contract oversight and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure all events meet Schroders Capital brand standards and reflect a high-quality client experience.
  • Act as the primary on-site contact for events, ensuring smooth execution and rapid issue-resolution.

Post-event activities

  • Coordinate post-event analysis in partnership with the Business Development teams.
  • Help evaluate success metrics, gather attendee insights and ensure timely follow-up activities.

The knowledge, experience, and qualifications you need
