We have an awesome opportunity for an experienced Events Manager to join our team.

You'll be responsible for the organisation and delivery of a range of colleague events - everything from smaller business updates to full company conferences and celebrations. You'll be part of the internal communications team, who will be in charge of delivering content for the events. This role is about organisation, logistics and practical delivery, but you'll not be short on ideas and your knowledge of venues and current trends in the events world will be crucial.

We love our events and to be successful you'll be an expert at planning and stakeholder management with a laser-focus on detail. You'll use your extensive experience of leading event management, preferably in a tech organisation, to supercharge our magical meerkat events for CTMers.

You'll ideally:

• Have a proven track record of success in a similar role, ideally within a tech business

• Be an events superhero - knowledgeable, creative and inspiring

• Obsess about the details - the budget, the logistics, the additional sparkle

• Put customer service first, thinking about how to always deliver the best experience

• Understand that events are high profile here and managing stakeholders is key. You'll take changes and different views in your stride

• Have a positive energy, playing a motivational role within the team and beyond
