Job Description
Your role will be to support our ticket sales activity from start to finish ensuring third party and direct event attendance targets are achieved.
- Work closely with our third-party event providers and obtain all event marketing content and collateral to provide to our venues.
- Work with the Mecca Social Media team to drive ticket sales via engaging social content and commercially managing post boosts in line with agreed budgets.
- Supporting our venues to drive ticket sales through all available online and offline channels.
- Management of our Design my Night ticket platform account alongside any other appointed on sellers.
- Collation of all weekly tickets sales, by event and onward communication.
- Management and control of in-venue POS and sales collateral.
- Ownership of the Mecca Events branding.
- Delivery of inhouse event visuals and supporting imagery.
- Working alongside the training team to deliver event sales led sessions to upskill venue colleagues.
- Support the Central Finance team by supplying all information needed (costs and ticket sales) so they can create ROI reports and commercial forecasting.
- Build a marketing plan and calendar representing all required activity.
- Work with the CRM team to maximise events messaging to our existing customer base.
- Ensure the Mecca website is constantly up to date and reflecting existing propositions
Qualifications
- Proven experience in working with event venues to support sales is essential
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
