European Distributor Manager- Vascular Access

THE ROLE

The purpose of this role is a customer facing role and sits within the Sales and Marketing organisational structure. The creation of this position is to lead the development and growth across the Vascular Access portfolio within Europe, an area of significant potential for the business.

This role is a work from home working environment; however, the role will require a significant portion of time being spent Internationally, visiting distributors and hospitals in Europe. This will involve commercial discussions with the senior management and in-field support with the local sales representatives in the hospitals, where you will represent Kimal and support the sales process.

From time to time, you will also be required to come to the office in Worcester for departmental or cross departmental meetings. 50% of your time will be spent travelling Internationally to visit the European distributors. 40% of your time will be spent working from home and 10% in the head office at Worcester.

THE CANDIDATE

You will deliver the annualised sales and GP budget and increase market share across the full portfolio of Vascular Access catheters. Proactively find new distributors in the region, with agreed business plans, contracts and onboarding of the distributor to drive revenue and profitability. The day-to-day management of the existing distributors, along with business reviews, business/growth plans and building relationships with their organisation. Arranging visits with key distributors and their customers to our UK facilities to drive growth and new opportunities across Europe.

Experience required to do the role
• Demonstrable experience in Medical Devices sales
• Demonstrable experience in international sales
• Demonstrable experience in distributor management
• A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
