Overview
This is a high-impact leadership role at the heart of a large, multi-market media operation. As Head of Media Operations for Europe & Central Eurasia, you'll own how media actually gets delivered connecting people, process, data and technology to ensure campaigns run flawlessly, efficiently and at scale.
You'll act as the regional anchor for operational excellence, translating global standards into practical, market-ready execution across Europe. If you thrive in complex environments, enjoy bringing structure to scale, and love making systems work better for everyone - this role is built for you.
Responsibilities
What you'll be responsible for
- Owning the regional media operating model, translating global standards into scalable, market-ready ways of working
- Designing and embedding end-to-end workflows and governance that ensure consistent, high-quality campaign delivery across all channels
- Leading the full campaign lifecycle across Europe, from planning and activation through to reporting, billing and optimisation
- Driving data integrity, automation and smarter use of tools, reducing friction and improving speed, accuracy and transparency
- Acting as a trusted operational partner to senior stakeholders, proactively shaping solutions that improve performance at scale
Qualifications
What you'll bring
- Extensive in media or marketing operations, ideally across multiple markets
- Deep understanding of digital media workflows, governance and automation
- Strong cross-channel knowledge (search, social, programmatic)
- Proven experience with media and financial planning systems (e.g. Prisma, MediaOcean)
- Confidence operating with senior stakeholders and translating complexity into clarity
- A track record of driving operational transformation at scale
