Job Description
We are seeking a skilled EUC Onsite Support Engineer to join our team in Maidenhead. This role offers an opportunity to provide critical IT support across our organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serve as the primary IT support contact for our UK offices, remote workers, and retail employees.
- Efficiently resolve IT incidents and fulfil user requests through our ticketing system.
- Provide prompt and professional assistance to walk-in users with IT-related issues.
- Install, maintain, and upgrade laptops, desktops, phones, and tablets to ensure optimal performance.
- Manage and maintain audio-visual equipment in meeting rooms to support effective communication.
- Provide hardware support for our Mecca Bingo and Grosvenor Casino operations.
- Collaborate effectively with our offshore support and Retail Support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Act as the on-site representative for our central service desk teams, offering assistance and visual verification when required.

Qualifications
We are seeking a highly qualified candidate with the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience in a 2nd/3rd line support role or equivalent position
- Demonstrated ability to support a corporate office environment with 300+ devices
- Proficiency in managing Windows 11, MacBook, iPhone, and Android devices
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Azure AD services
- Extensive experience with enterprise client management tools (SCCM/ConfigMgr, Intune, JAMF) in an on-premise Domain environment
- Comprehensive understanding of Mobile Device Management (MDM) using Microsoft Intune/JAMF or other MDM solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse complex issues and develop effective solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional time management abilities and capacity to work independently
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic IT environment
