Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive EU Agency Strategy and Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is critical to supporting the EU Agency Central Lead in driving market unification, operational excellence, and revenue growth across the EU markets. The successful candidate will work closely with local teams, hosting thought leadership summits, roundtables, and strategic discussions to help scale agency operations and promote sustainable business growth.
This hands-on position requires strong operational insights, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills to foster collaboration between local markets and central objectives. You will be directly involved in front-line operations, helping to identify challenges and implement solutions, while also taking responsibility for organizing key leadership forums and events to promote agency excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Support and Issue Identification:
- Actively engage with local market teams to identify operational challenges and provide solutions aligned with central strategies.
- Conduct on-the-ground research to uncover key issues affecting agency scalability and profitability, ensuring strategic initiatives are data-driven and locally relevant.
- Provide hands-on support to local markets to bridge the gap between strategy and execution.

2. Strategic Collaboration and Market Alignment:
- Collaborate closely with local and central teams to ensure unified direction and consistent implementation of agency strategies.
- Support the EU Agency Central Lead in developing and rolling out scalable frameworks that meet local needs while maintaining central standards.
- Assist in driving guild strategy and growth through hands-on operational involvement.

3. Summit, Roundtable, and Leadership Forum Management:
- Lead the planning and execution of EU-wide summits, thought leadership events, and roundtables aimed at fostering cross-market collaboration.
- Organize quarterly leadership conferences and monthly roundtable meetups to keep leaders aligned with central goals and facilitate knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-market discussions, workshops, and events that encourage best practice sharing and collaborative problem-solving.

4. Education and Training Delivery:
- Assist in the development and implementation of an EU-wide agency education system, tailoring content to meet the specific needs of different markets.
- Conduct regular training sessions for local leaders, ensuring they understand and apply central strategies in their day-to-day operations.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning by organizing workshops and practical training sessions designed to address key operational and strategic challenges.

5. Performance Management and Reporting:
- Work with local teams to develop and track performance metrics (KPIs) aligned with revenue growth and market influence.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to the EU Agency Central Lead, highlighting areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.

6. Thought Leadership and Industry Influence:
- Promote the company's thought leadership by organizing key industry events, summits, and workshops that position the agency as a market leader.
- Build relationships with local stakeholders and guilds, enhancing the agency's market presence and fostering long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
* Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and events across different markets.
* Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with a hands-on approach to identifying and resolving operational issues.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
* A collaborative mindset with a passion for fostering cross-market alignment and business growth.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience organizing and managing leadership forums, summits, or workshops is highly desirable.
* Proven experience in operations management, strategic planning, or agency management, preferably in a multi-market environment.
