The team..
The ITV Studios UK division operates a partnering-led finance structure, reporting into the Finance Director - ITV Studios UK. This structure is supported by the Studios UK Finance Hub, a centralised finance function providing analytical support, accounting and reporting and the Production Finance Hub providing production finance support across Scripted and Unscripted productions.
The role..
ITV's Production Finance Hub is a production finance community, partnering productionsandembeddedin ITV Studios UK labels. Working within the Hub, this role is integral to support triage management, testing of new functionality and access management of the production finance tool, eTribez.
Reporting to the Production Finance Global Process Owner, this role:
- Supports internal production finance users in day to day issues, troubleshooting system errors, triaging support queries and reporting incidents.
- Manages the eTribez system access policies and permissions across the live and test environments.
- Reviews the eTribez error tray, liaising with business stakeholders and the eTribez technical teams to resolve integration errors
- Learns and understands the integrations between eTribez and Oracle Fusion, Okta and ITV's internal Content Catalogue.
- Collaborates with cross functional teams responsible for other ITV applications in the production finance landscape, understanding the impact / dependencies those products have on eTribez.
- Manages and performs regular integration regression test activities, following the implementation of new releases, upgrades, fixes, and database refreshes.
- Performs a regular reconciliation between Oracle Fusion projects and the transactions in eTribez, identifying and investigating unreconciled items with the Production Finance Managers and Production Accountants.
- Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement, sharing ideas with the Production Finance Managers and Global Process Owner.
- Onboards new ITV Studios labels on access management and system configuration
Skills you'll need (minimum criteria)
- Ideally the candidate would have a financial qualification but would consider applications from an individual qualified by relevant financial/technical experience to deliver the responsibilities outlined above
- Proficient in the use of Oracle systems
- Experienced in the use of Microsoft Office Products, particularly Excel and the equivalent Google G Suite applications

- Focused on looking for continual improvement within our reporting and processes to drive efficiencies.
- Experience of working in the Film and TV production industry would be desirable.
