Your Role

• ETL testing for Bank Regulatory Reporting projects.
• Drive end-to-end data analysis across multiple cycles and cutovers.
• Validate ETL data reconciliation and manage defect triage.
• Handle large datasets and resolve transformation/mapping issues.
• Write clear defect descriptions and escalate reconciliation issues.
• Support test strategy, planning, and execution across phases.
• Provide test reporting, assurance, and support for Go/No-Go decisions.
• Ensure alignment with organizational testing policies and quality standards.

Your Profile

• Proven experience in ETL testing and data validation in banking domain.
• Strong understanding of source-to-target mapping and post-load checks.
• Skilled in test case creation, execution, and regression testing.
• Proactive, independent, and structured in approach.
• Effective communicator with strong defect management skills.
• Experienced in UAT, ELS support, and test lifecycle documentation.
• Familiar with RAID management and test RTM maintenance.
• Committed to knowledge sharing and continuous quality assurance.
