Job Description

As a Ethics L&D Manager/Associate you will lead on the Instructional Design and be responsible for supporting the Senior Ethics Engagement Manager in driving forward the development, implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of Entain's ethics learning and engagement strategy within the Group ethics and compliance programme, as well as supporting learning activities across the wider Governance function.

You will be instrumental in helping Entain achieve its strategic objectives in a compliant and ethical way, in line with its Code of Conduct and values, as well as achieving our vision of a best-in-class ethics and compliance programme. You'll be involved in setting the learning and engagement agenda and creating cutting-edge content.

Reporting to the Ethics Senior Engagement Manager you will be part of the Ethics and Compliance team, who help Entain achieve its strategic objectives in a compliant and ethical way, in line with its Code of Conduct and values, as well as achieving our vision of a best-in-class ethics and compliance programme.

What you will do

  • Supporting the implementation of a multi-year learning and engagement strategy for Entain's mandatory training programme to ensure continuing high levels of engagement across the business
  • Supporting the delivery of just-in-time ethics and compliance training to ensure colleagues receive the support they need when they need it to do what's right
  • Creating innovative, engaging learning and engagement materials (e.g. eLearning, infographics, micro-modules, animations, videos, toolkits etc) to increase engagement with the ethics and compliance programme
  • Keeping up to date with best practice and technological developments
  • Supporting the wider training needs across the Governance function to ensure colleagues have the skills they need to do their job in the right way
  • Tracking learner satisfaction and experience and the impact of our learning and engagement strategy to measure our success
  • Point of contact for reporting requirements and data accessibility
  • Managing various communication channels, including our intranet pages, SharePoint and Viva Engage channels)
  • Supporting with the administration of Learning Governance workshops, forums etc

Qualifications

  • Must be able to use Articulate Storyline including branching and use of java script to enable LMS reporting on interactions and learner inputs
  • Experience in a learning and development or training role, with experience in training, communications, learning design and content development
  • Ability to write and analyse assessments
  • Experience in delivering both face-to-face and virtual training sessions
  • Experience in producing various formats including video, animations, audio
  • Understanding of how AI can support course production
