Detailed job description and main responsibilities
- Attend all building user group meetings with landlords and ensure service provision is as per the terms of the lease. Ensuring that the maintenance regime is being followed from both an adhoc Planned Preventative Maintenance point of view.
- Take the lead on the search for and setting up new accommodation requirements from feasibility to occupation. This will involve liaising with Trust staff, Lawyers, Land Agents etc.
- To work with all landlords to develop, maintain, implement, monitor and report on property condition, functional suitability, quality and space utilisation.
- Ensure policies and procedures that are necessary to maintain the property management services meet the required standards, are in place and regularly reviewed.
- Ensure that systems are in place so that risk assessments of all the Trusts and designated premises are carried out in accordance with Trust policies.
