We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Estates Project Manager to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success. In this role you will ensure that each academy is maintained and developed to support the Trust's educational vision. By delivering high-quality projects that enhance our physical environments, you will contribute directly to the success of our students, fostering learning spaces that inspire creativity, encourage collaboration, and drive academic achievement.

You will be instrumental in delivering the capital works that keep our academies safe, functional, and supportive of cutting-edge education. Working across multiple academies, you'll take the lead on a wide variety of projects, ranging from refurbishments and remodelling to large-scale maintenance, new builds, and extensions.Not only will you be managing various projects at one time but you will also be responsible for managing and building relationships with the external team, this will be with the architects, surveyors and consultants whilst alongside maintaining internal relationships.

Our successful candidate will receive;

  • A salary of £47,092 - £51,629 per annum, commensurate with experience
  • 25 days annual leave per annum plus bank holidays, which increases to 30 days with length of service
