  • £51,515- £55,595 per annum
  • 37 hours per week
  • Permanent

We currently have an opportunity to join East Suffolk Council's Asset Management Team as an Estates Manager looking after the Council's Resorts portfolio including Southwold Harbour and Caravan Site, the Council's Beach Huts and Yacht Station.

Your role:

To provide strategic leadership and day to day management of the Asset Management Estates function within the Resorts Portfolio. The role requires the management of non-HRA assets and performance of investment properties. To manage a team of beach hut staff, Yacht Station Staff and administrators and to manage WIP, budgets and the delivery of work programmes in a timely fashion.

What you will need:

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in the professional property environment and operating in a local authority environment either at County, District or Unitary level. The post holder will obtain a RICS qualification and experience of managing a property team. The candidate will have the ability to plan, coordinate and deliver own tasks and programmes and ensure targets are met.
