Position: Estate Manager
Location: County Hall, London, SE1 7PY
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 0800 - 1700
Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Development Details:
This role will be based at the iconic County Hall development comprising of 605 apartments across four blocks (up to 8 floors) and 12 commercial units. County Hall has breathtaking views of landmarks such as the London Eye and Big Ben and is conveniently located within a 2-minute walk from Waterloo station.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
As an Estate Manager at Rendall & Rittner:
- You will be an experienced Estate Manager with a core residential property management background.
- You have a track record in managing large and complex schemes, taking a hands-on role with the ability to lead, develop and inspire a team.
- You are a strong communicator, knowledgeable on leasehold legislation and will be able to go back to clients, residents and your stakeholders in a timely manner, addressing any queries or concerns.
- You'll already have some brilliant experiences behind you in relation to delivering great customer service, managing complaints, working safely and managing a team environment. You'll lead, engage and inspire others.
- Have experience managing mid-large teams, being responsible for staffing and relevant employment related issues.
- You have experience managing onsite major works projects. You have high level contractor management experience, ensuring quality and performance against targets.
- You have experience managing staff and relevant employment related issues. From a strategic perspective, you can look at recruitment planning, training and onboarding as well as reviewing and putting in place staffing manuals, SOP's etc.
- You'll have managed budgets and overall expenditure for a development, working closely with the Property Manager.
- Customer service is at the heart of everything you do. You build and maintain strong relationships with your stakeholders.
- You are always looking for opportunities to drive the performance of the development and contribute to amazing results.
