The Job Role:
- Estate and maintenance manager for a 150+ bedroom hotel
- Estate and Maintenance Manager required to lead the team and uphold the standards of the property.
- Estate and Maintenance Manager to fulfil all legal requirements and manage the upkeep and maintenance of the property.
- Train and develop a small team in house
- Estate and Maintenance Manager responsible for organising and managing any external contractor.
- working 5 days over 7
- Reporting directly to General manager or Hotel manager
The Requirements:
- The right candidate will have experience of managing teams
- The right candidate will have maintenance experience working in either a hotel or care home.
- Estate and Maintenance Manager will have an understanding of compliance including legionella and fire alarm testing.
- Passionate hands on individual who is looking to develop their career.
- A strong individual with a resilient 'can do' attitude.
- A hotel background is desirable but not essential
