The Job Role:

• Estate and maintenance manager for a 150+ bedroom hotel
• Estate and Maintenance Manager required to lead the team and uphold the standards of the property.
• Estate and Maintenance Manager to fulfil all legal requirements and manage the upkeep and maintenance of the property.
• Train and develop a small team in house
• Estate and Maintenance Manager responsible for organising and managing any external contractor.
• working 5 days over 7
• Reporting directly to General manager or Hotel manager

The Requirements:

• The right candidate will have experience of managing teams
• The right candidate will have maintenance experience working in either a hotel or care home.
• Estate and Maintenance Manager will have an understanding of compliance including legionella and fire alarm testing.
• Passionate hands on individual who is looking to develop their career.
• A strong individual with a resilient 'can do' attitude.
• A hotel background is desirable but not essential
