Job Introduction
Landmarc, a world leading provider of integrated support services to the military, is currently looking for a passionate and experienced Establishment Manager to lead operations at Garelochhead Training Camp.

Main Responsibility
- Manage site services and a multi-disciplinary team to meet operational goals
- Ensure facilities meet contractual requirements and customer needs
- Lead and support your team, responsible for (but not limited to) managing performance, attendance, behaviour, capability, welfare, health and safety and record keeping.
- Ensure all site resources and staff comply with Training Estate Support Contract (TESC) standards.
- Management of local reactive and preventative maintenance ensuring performance measures are met.
- Ability to implement change and utilise technological innovations
- Oversee hard and soft facilities management, ensuring smooth operations
- Have up to date knowledge and implement health and safety regulations, including COSHH and IOSH Managing Safely.
- Conduct inspections and maintain compliance with industry standards
The Ideal Candidate
- Holds a Level 4 qualification (NVQ/HND) in Business or People Management or equivalent, with proven leadership experience
- Excellent people management and team leadership skills
- Understanding of managing budgets and resources effectively
- Strong knowledge of Health & Safety legislation, including COSHH and risk assessment
- Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
- A valid UK driving licence is essential as travel will be required
