Role: EPR Programme Manager

Salary: £45,000

Location: Southampton

As the EPR Programme Manager, you will be responsible for leading on the execution of EPR projects, managing team and objectives of the programme and ensuring risks are mitigated.

You will be accountable for setting programme controls and managing governance and standards as well as provide updates and insights to the wider organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the implementation of EPR Services.
  • Scrutinise projects and programmes to ensure the delivery of identified outputs and KPIs and Benefits Realisation.
  • Manage the detailed day-to-day aspects of projects.
  • Establish and maintain robust and systematic governance arrangements for all project activities.
  • Work alongside ecommerce platforms teams on large scale projects.
  • Set programme controls, governance, and standards.
  • Monitor multiple projects through the entire programme cycle.
  • Manage and submit programme documentation.
  • Coordinate and utilise resources for multiple projects in the programme.
  • Communicate with project managers/stakeholders to address risks.
  • Manage processing timelines and delivery of Administration teams.
  • Communicate programme objectives, goals, and progress to directors, executives, and stakeholders.
  • Lead and manage team members, setting KPIs and measuring performance.
  • Take responsibility for Performance Reporting, Project Management and/or organisational development in the delivery of service transformation.
  • Ensure Risks and Issues are identified, reported effectively and counter measures are in place.
  • Where necessary ensure the appropriate escalation and corrective action to ensure these are resolved.
  • Assist team members and project leads in completeness of tasks.
  • Prepare and present progress to Head of Operations.

Knowledge, skills and experience

  • Degree / master's Level Education in Environmental Science, Engineering or Economics.
  • Previous project management experience.
  • Experience of delivery and maintenance of project governance.
  • Experience of change management delivery.
  • Experience with the delivery of simultaneous projects
  • Demonstrable stakeholder management, engagement and experience.
