Overview

The Senior EPPM Support Analyst role will involve the configuration and support of a range of programme control software packages (including Oracle Primavera and Deltek products). Location is home-based with travel when required.

Responsibilities

Working under general direction the Senior EPPM Support Analyst will be responsible for:

  • Producing customisation and configuration designs to meet user requirements - including report designs and out of the box integrations
  • Developing customisations to products - including writing bespoke reports
  • Performing unit testing and support system testing of solutions
  • Installation of programme control packages and deployment of customisations - including working with the clients IT department to perform / manage the installation of product within the client environments
  • 1st line and 2nd line support for end users understanding and documenting problem and tracking through to resolution
  • Providing remote and onsite support for solutions and troubleshoot issues
  • Keeping the project manager informed of progress and document and communicate risks associated with a solution/service delivery
  • Planning own work and delivering to plan
  • Learning from experience and developing and implementing corrective actions

Qualifications

  • Computing/Engineering/Science graduate or equivalent
  • Good working knowledge of software delivery methodologies (Agile and Waterfall)
  • Experience of implementing and supporting Oracle Primavera products
  • Experience of out of the box product integrations
  • Data modelling
  • Experience of J2EE/.net
  • Experience of working with databases (Oracle or SQL Server) and query writing
  • Experience with report writing tools such as Oracle Analytics (BI Publisher), Business Objects, Crystal Reports
  • Experience of working with ECM solutions such as SharePoint or Oracle UCM
  • Good working knowledge of network and data centre architectures as well as application development methodologies
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to understand client requirements
  • Experience of working in a consultancy environment
  • Willingness to learn/take on new challenges
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Self-reliant
  • Accepts responsibility for own work and delivers to specification on time
  • Demonstrates personal accountability
  • Willing to work on client sites around UK

Other Compensation: Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company's annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.
