RSM UK is investing in strengthening how we deliver and govern enterprise change. As part of this, we are establishing an Enterprise Project & Programme Management Office (PMO Centre) to provide consistent oversight, prioritisation and assurance across our most critical firmwide initiatives.
The Enterprise PMO Centre will provide a single, consistent P3M operating model across RSM UK. It will support senior leadership by improving visibility of enterprise initiatives, strengthening governance and ensuring that delivery is aligned to strategic priorities.
We are looking for an Associate Director to act as the lead for the design and mobilisation of the Enterprise PMO Centre, working closely with Elise Caggianiello the NLT sponsor leading Transformation and Operations for the firm, along with other senior stakeholders across the firm. The role is suited to an experienced Associate Director who is comfortable operating in ambiguity, influencing senior stakeholders and balancing strategic design with hands-on delivery.
You'll make an impact by:
- Leading the design of the Enterprise PMO operating model, including the vision, service delivery model, people, process, systems and data that enable the overall operating model.
- Designing the governance, reporting, prioritisation and assurance frameworks.
- Mobilising the PMO Centre and establishing ways of working across enterprise initiatives.
- Acting as the day-to-day lead on the design and implementation of the PMO Centre.
- Helping define the roadmap for the PMO Centre beyond the initial secondment period.
- Providing senior-level oversight and challenge across key enterprise programmes.
- Working with initiative leads to ensure delivery aligns to agreed enterprise standards.
- Supporting senior forums with high-quality insight, status and decision support.
- Identifying risks, dependencies and capacity constraints across the enterprise change portfolio.
What we are looking for:
We value diverse experiences and perspectives. Here's what we're looking for in our ideal candidate:
- Significant programme or portfolio leadership experience (10+ years) with proven experience leading complex programmes or portfolios in a large, matrixed organisation.
- Strong understanding of P3M governance, controls and assurance.
- Comfortable engaging and influencing at National Leadership Team, including Partner and Director level.
- Experience designing and embedding operating models, frameworks or centres of excellence.
