Overview

We are seeking a Enterprise Business Development Manager to join our growing team!

Position Overview

Responsible for developing new business with mid-larger sized companies in an assigned region. This is done through building a pipeline of new prospects primarily by product demonstrations to increase sales of an organization's products and/or services and maintaining a book of established accounts.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

A Day in the Life

  • Develop pipeline by building interest with new prospects and clients resulting from your own outbound research and activities including email, phone and/or social media
  • Close new business accounts
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to initiate the sales cycle with specific, targeted demand generation campaigns with prospects and current clients
  • Learn and demonstrate a fundamental understanding of solutions and be able to clearly articulate the advantages over competitors
  • Meet monthly quotas for overall activity, demonstrations set & conducted, and qualified opportunity dollars
  • Contribute to every component of the critical functions associated with fulfilling the sales cycle (forecasting, reporting, customer database maintenance, communications, etc.)

We are looking for someone who brings...

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent/related work experience
  • 2+ years of experience selling in the Tech industry/or with a SaaS company
  • 2+ years of experience prospecting mid-large sized clients
  • 3+ years of experience with inside sales or telemarketing
  • A proven track record of successful prospect engagement
  • Engaging and professional communication skills (written and oral)
  • Contagious positivity
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Proficient in Office 365- Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Ability to build and maintain multiple relationships well
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
  • Candidate that is able to come into the Leicester office at least once a month would be preferred

It would also be pretty great if you have...

  • Experience with MATS and/or selling to schools would be a bonus
