Enterprise Account Director

Key Responsibilities:

The Enterprise Account Director will be responsible for the customer satisfaction and revenues generated from a select group of customers in EMEA. This role presents an exciting opportunity to assist an already successful business through a period of transformation and have a fundamental impact on our next phase of growth in the EMEA region with our TrustQuay Online, NavOne, 5Series and legacy products.

• Prepare and execute a territory Account Management plan in accordance with TrustQuay strategy.

• This plan will include specific Account Development Plans to identify opportunities and threats in the assigned accounts that will maximize opportunities and mitigate risks in the process

• Achieve revenue and NPS targets established by the Global Head of Sales.

• Manage the account management cycle in accordance with the TrustQuay methodology and ensure HubSpot is up to date at all stages.

• Negotiate or assist in the negotiations (depending on the deal size), on terms and conditions of the contract and service agreements.

• Assist in market research and build perspective client profiles with respect to their current systems, potential future software investments and strategies, and key decision makers.

• Assist the marketing team perform competition analysis with respect to strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities and threats.

• Ensure full attendance by assigned client group at TrustQuay Forums, Product Advisory Groups and other customer events.

Travel to offices and client sites in the UK, Channel Islands and overseas may be required

Job Requirements:

• Degree or similar level of education.
• A self-starter and self-sustaining, with an adaptable and tenacious ability to execute plans.
• A passion for discussions with people about their business needs and challenges.
• A positive outlook and attitude, demonstrating resilience, willingness, and flexibility.
• Excellent and confident interpersonal and communication skills; both written and oral.
• A financial services background would also be beneficial, but not essential.
• Understanding of Fintech SaaS sales environment would also be beneficial but not essential Experience with HubSpot would be beneficial but is not essential.
