We are looking for a Liquidity Services Product Manager for our newly built enterprise and client platforms. This role will be based in: London. The ideal candidate will have significant financial services experience along with Liquidity Services Product Experience within the banking industry.

The role will work in collaboration with Sales/Relationship Management across LOBs, Service Delivery, Regulatory teams, Product/IT Risk, Compliance, Legal, etc. as part of new product development, enhancement, delivery, strategy and planning. The role has a client-focused, strategic approach to develop the business case for firmwide offerings in the marketplace through in-depth analyses on client segments, competitive landscape and industry environment.

The Liquidity Services Product Manager demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of assigned products, the marketplace and client needs to drive product growth/development and maximize profitability across varying stages of their life cycle.

The Product Manager performs ad-hoc competitive analysis, market research, and regulatory research. Performs technical training, demonstration and develops user guides for clients while also preparing sales materials and training BNY professionals.

You will have an impact in following ways:

  • Maintain regular dialogue with Money Market Fund providers
  • Effectively communicate market and product updates to the wider team and functional partners
  • Manage and contribute to liquidity product marketing and training documentation
  • Understand market requirements and contribute to the development strategy for Liquidity Services
  • Support Sales and Client Service and participate in client meetings to provide SME support
  • Work closely with functional partners in Legal, Risk and Compliance to ensure regulations are fully understood and acted upon

  • Experience working in an agile environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in business management or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required.
  • Several years Liquidity Services Product and financial services experience is required
