Primary Functions: Engineering Project Director - Wastewater Infrastructure will play a key role in providing strategic leadership and technical expertise in wastewater engineering. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership in the planning, design, and delivery of wastewater projects.

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and delivering solutions that exceed expectations.
• Lead business development initiatives, contributing to the growth of the wastewater practice.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes, integrating them into project delivery.
• Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
• Collaborate with other technical leaders within GHD to enhance cross-disciplinary project outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Degree in Civil or related field or equivalent.
• Professional Engineer (PE), Chartered Engineer.
• Experience in wastewater engineering.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering wastewater projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in mentoring and developing junior staff.
