Lead nPlan's Product Engineering team, guiding engineers from Frontend to Infrastructure to ensure continuous growth in capabilities. You'll mentor senior engineers, unblock complex technical challenges, and set ambitious objectives to push the department forward. What you will do:

• Lead and mentor a team of 10+ engineers across multiple disciplines, fostering their growth and ensuring high performance.

• Govern technical debt while maintaining rapid software delivery and contributing to requirements-driven architecture in the cloud.

The ideal candidate:

• Proven track record managing 10+ engineers (ideally across multiple disciplines) in a high-growth, product-centric environment.
• Experience scaling teams, systems, and processes towards Series C, with a focus on building sustainable practices.
• Background in requirements-driven architecture and cloud systems design, adept at balancing technical debt with delivery pace.
