As an Engineering Manager, you will lead the team responsible for the Zable App, serving over 1 million customers. You will balance hands-on technical leadership with strategic people management, driving delivery efficiency across a modern stack including Kotlin, React Native, and AWS. What you will do:

• Own and optimize the end-to-end delivery process for the Zable App, ensuring high-quality features reach iOS and Android users efficiently.
• Partner with Product Managers to align technical strategy with business goals, making critical trade-offs between feature velocity and long-term technical debt.
• Mentor and scale a cross-functional team of backend and frontend engineers, establishing clear career progression pathways and a culture of continuous feedback.

The ideal candidate:

• 5+ years of engineering leadership experience with a proven track record of managing delivery timelines and cross-functional team development.
• Deep understanding of mobile app ecosystems and modern tech stacks, specifically Kotlin, React Native, TypeScript, or GraphQL.
• Exceptional business acumen with the ability to translate complex technical decisions into strategic outcomes that drive customer satisfaction and platform reliability.
