We're seeking a talented Engineering Manager (Maternity Cover) to join our dynamic team in Leeds!

In this exciting role, you'll play a pivotal role in leading and motivating a team of Electrical & Mechanical Project Engineers.

Lead the Way: Provide technical direction and expertise to your team, ensuring top-notch quality and on-time project delivery.

Innovation Champion: Drive process optimization and embrace new technologies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Results-Oriented: Lead by example and hold yourself and your team accountable for achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).

Proven Leadership: previous experience in Project Engineering with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of electrical & mechanical design principles, with a passion for innovation.
Communication Master: Excellent communication skills to motivate, coach, and collaborate effectively with your team and stakeholders.
Change Champion: Demonstrated ability to drive positive change and implement new processes to enhance efficiency.
