The Role

We're looking for a engineering manager to lead and optimize operations within our food manufacturing and processing facilities. This role is pivotal in ensuring our production systems are efficient, safe and compliant with industry regulations- while driving innovation in food technology.

You'll manage a multidisciplinary team of engineers and Machine Minder, oversee capital projects and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-quality food products.

The Ideal Candidate

• HNC/ equivalent in electrical engineering/ mechanical engineering.
• 16/17th edition electrical qualification or equivalent.
• Level 4 food Hygiene
• Advanced HACCP
• Ability to manage priorities and projects during shift
• A personal commitment to role model behaviours and to leadership and management through example.
• A working understanding of Microsoft Office
