Engineering Manager

Evesham

Up to £59,000pa

4on 4 off 12 hour day shift only

A large client based near Evesham is currently seeking an Engineering Manager to join their business.

You will lead a team of Maintenance Engineers, to support and develop staff, deliver budgets, ensure continuous improvement, always following HSE policies in a food safe environment.

Engineering Manager Responsibilities:

• Follow strategies to ensure achievement of the Engineering objective
• Ensure effective root cause analysis
• Apply strong leadership skills
• Implement improvements
• Drive change through continuous improvement culture

Engineering Manager Requirements:

• Experience in FMCG environment is essential
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing
• Experience in driving change
• Strong communication skills across the board
• Experience at Senior Shift Manager level or above
• High knowledge of food safety requirements

Based near Evesham, this Engineering Manager role is commutable from Worcester, Cheltenham, Tewkesbury and Stratford-upon-Avon.
