Role Introduction

As an Engineering Manager, will be at the forefront of our engineering efforts, leading high-performing teams dedicated to the design,

What You Will Do

• Provide technical direction and oversight for engineering projects, ensuring alignment with best practices and architectural standards.
• Manage the end-to-end delivery of engineering projects, from requirements gathering to deployment, ensuring timely and high-quality
outcomes.
• Work closely with product management, DevOps, and other stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Identify and implement improvements in engineering processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance productivity and quality.
• Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project execution.

What You Will Have

Technical Competencies:
• Deep Technical Expertise: Strong background in DevOps, Cloud
architecture, and Software Engineering principles, with hands-on
experience in relevant technologies.
• Agile Methodologies: Proficient in Agile project management
practices, including Scrum and Kanban, with experience in leading
Agile teams.
• Quality Assurance: Expertise in implementing robust testing
frameworks and quality assurance processes to ensure software
reliability and performance.
• Team Development: Commitment to mentoring and developing
engineering talent, fostering a culture of continuous learning and
improvement.

Inspirational Leadership: Ability to motivate and empower teams
to achieve exceptional results and foster a culture of innovation.
Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical skills to align engineering
initiatives with business goals and drive strategic outcomes.

Effective Communication: Excellent verbal and written
communication skills to articulate technical concepts
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships
with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and
expectations.

Business Acumen: Deep understanding of how engineering
solutions impact business operations and drive value.
Cost Optimization: Demonstrate significant engineering, product,
or service delivery improvements that result in cost savings,
avoidance, or optimization.

Budget Management: Experience in managing project budgets,
resource allocation, and implementing cost-saving strategies
