What You'll Do:

  • Lead the development and execution of activation campaigns targeting the Filipino diaspora in assigned regions.
  • Manage relationships with Filipino community organizations and businesses to secure partnerships and event participation.
  • Oversee the activities of Vance employees involved in offline outreach efforts.
  • Conduct educational workshops and presentations on Vance's services for the Filipino community.
  • Track campaign performance metrics and analyze data to optimize strategies.

What We Need:

  • Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to connect with diverse audiences.
  • Fluency in Tagalog and English and a strong understanding of Filipino cultural nuances are essential.
  • Previous experience in marketing and community operations preferred.
