About the Role
In this role, you can expect to get involved in a variety of work that offers unparalleled exposure across the energy sectorm including commercial, regulatory, M&A and projects work. It will also involve advising in other regulated utility sectors such as gas and water.

Whether it's advising top-tier energy companies, independent developers, or financiers on high-stakes deals, you'll be integral to shaping the future of power and renewables, both in the UK and internationally.

You'll work alongside a specialised, high-calibre team, gaining invaluable insights into the legal, industry, and commercial intricacies of the sector. This is your chance to become a recognised expert in the power and renewables field, all while handling some of the most exciting and innovative legal challenges out there.

About You
We will invest in your ongoing training and development to support your professional goals and help you to thrive in your role from day one. Our opportunities are open to all suitably qualified applicants, so to be considered for this role, you must be a qualified lawyer with 4-6 years of experience in the energy sector, from a corporate, construction, or commercial background.

If you've got a track record with major blue-chip clients and have the ability and work both independently and as part of cross-disciplinary teams on larger projects and transactions, we want to hear from you.

To flourish in this role, you should bring excellent analytical and drafting skills, a keen interest in the power and renewables sectors, and the ability to navigate the economic, technical and financial context within which the legal and regulatory advice is provided. A willingness to travel, strong organisational skills, and the drive to excel under tight deadlines is essential.
