What you'll do

Your key accountabilities will include

  • Conduct energy/utilites audits across retail stores and support centres to identify inefficiencies, assess energy consumption patterns, and recommend energy-saving solutions.
  • Analyse and challenge Store and support centre energy performance using league tables to identify patterns and themes to then drive into efficiency actions
  • Work with energy bureau to oversee Energy Efficiency projects anaylising impact and measuring results. Act as the main point of contact for energy-related projects and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including facilities management, Store Directors, Store Teams and external contractors, to implement energy-saving measures. Develop and deliver energy-saving comms/training for employees and stakeholders to encourage energy-conscious behaviors across all properties.
  • Manage relationships with energy service providers, contractors, and equipment suppliers. Identify opportunities to leverage new technologies and solutions for energy reduction.

Who you are

Your skills and experience will include

  • Building services engineering or energy management experience or familiarity would be preferable
  • Experience In external auditing
  • Experience in energy efficiency initiatives/ ESG/Carbon
  • Data analytics experience
  • Good communicating & influencing skills
