As an IT Manager in our dynamic global consulting firm, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless technology operations.

Key Responsibilities

IT Operations and Governance:
• Provide end user support by assisting with technical issues, troubleshooting, and training.
• Implement our IT strategy, aligning technology initiatives with business goals.
• Monitor compliance with regulations and security standards, mitigating data protection risks.

Overseeing Software Applications:
• Ensure effective implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of software applications.
• Manage the roadmap for our SaaS products, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Implement best practices across the organization, adapting to dynamic situations.
• Coordinate with super users of SaaS applications to align software with business needs.
• Troubleshoot application-related issues and optimize performance.

Third-Party Supplier Management:
• Manage relationships with third-party suppliers (hardware, software, support services).
• Evaluate supplier performance, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance.
• Mitigate risks related to supplier dependencies.
• Cultivate strong relationships with IT support providers, defining clear service level agreements (SLAs) and monitoring compliance.
• Handle escalations promptly and negotiate contracts.

Hardware and Network Administration:
• Install and configure hardware components (computers, printers, servers).
• Manage network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls) to ensure connectivity and security.

Requirements

Key Skills and Qualifications
• Proven experience in IT management or a similar role within professional services.
• Expertise in Azure, SharePoint, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and SaaS applications
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong networking experience, hands-on with switches, firewalls, routers, and access points.
• Familiarity with Cyber Essentials and other cybersecurity frameworks.
• Project delivery experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused approach and ability to build positive relationships.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and contribute across functions.
