Turn learning into unstoppable growth
Team and impact
Our team is small but growing quickly. In 2023, we created the foundation for our enablement function, 2024 was about expanding the team and tech stack. Now, in 2025, we're focused on scaling our content and personalising it for specific audiences.
We own three key areas:
- Product Enablement - Helping customers get the most out of Planhat, driving adoption and retention.
- Internal Enablement - Equipping our go-to-market teams with the tools and insights they need to succeed.
- Onboarding and retention - Building scalable training, guides, and workflows that accelerate adoption and retention.
Our team brings experience from customer success, technical account management, support, and project management, many of us from high-growth startups.
We produce content across multiple product lines and formats, from video and tutorials to in-depth guides and courses.
Every piece of content we create is about making Planhat easier to use, driving faster time-to-value, and ensuring teams (both internal and external) have what they need to succeed.
We focus more on what you can achieve than where you've come from. Here's what we're looking for:
Clear communicator - You break down complex product features, use cases, and best practices into clear, engaging content that resonates with both internal teams and customers.
Problem solver - You work cross-functionally with Product to craft training materials for new features, and collaborate with Customer Success to identify the resources that accelerate onboarding and shorten time-to-value.
Proactive - You're hands-on, scrappy, and know how to get things done. You don't wait for instructions-you take the initiative and execute with speed and precision.
Tech-savvy - You actively look for opportunities to optimize and automate processes, leveraging tech, AI, and smarter workflows to scale enablement without adding headcount.
Additionally, we're looking for someone who can be in the London office at least three days a week to work closely with our teams, including Enablement.
TrajectoryPlanhat is a mission-critical tool, empowering over 2.6 million customers worldwide. As an early member of our enablement team, you'll have a direct impact, taking ownership of key projects that will drive our global evolution and growth.
