Role description:

The Employer Brand and Talent Attraction Director to shape and drive our global employer brand and talent attraction strategy. As a key member of the Talent Acquisition leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our reputation as an employer of choice and aligning our brand with our strategic hiring goals.

This position offers a unique opportunity to lead impactful campaigns, leverage data-driven insights, and connect employer branding initiatives with tangible hiring outcomes.

You will be the guardian of our EVP, bringing to life our core message, "Create a Legacy,". Your work will drive Arcadis' employee brand presence, engage talent across the globe, and lead our employee attractions marketing strategies with impact.

Role accountabilities:

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Employer Brand Strategy
  • Champion our EVP: Be the brand ambassador of our core message, "Create a Legacy," and activate our pillars- Purpose, People, Potential, Progress.
  • Global to Local Strategy: Tailor brand initiatives to regional markets, focusing on emerging areas like India, Romania and the Philippines.
  • Digital & Social Expertise: Lead our recruitment marketing across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and other channels using data-driven insights to optimize results.
  • Drive a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion by ensuring employer branding efforts appeal to diverse talent pools and reflect the organization's commitment to creating an inclusive workplace.
  • Develop and implement early career strategies in collaboration with universities, colleges, and other institutions to strengthen talent pipelines and align with workforce needs.
  • Data-Driven Reporting: Deliver insights on performance to drive our strategies forward
  • Create and curate content to authentically showcase the employee experience and company culture.

Align with Strategic Hiring Goals

  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition leadership team to ensure employer branding and campaign initiatives directly support real-time hiring priorities and long-term workforce strategies.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Communications teams to align messaging and leverage existing resources.
  • Drive a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion by ensuring employer branding efforts appeal to diverse talent pools and reflect the organization's commitment to creating an inclusive workplace.
  • Develop and implement early career strategies in collaboration with universities, colleges, and other institutions to strengthen talent pipelines and align with workforce needs.

Measure and Report ROI

  • Define and track key metrics to evaluate the success of talent attraction campaigns.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve performance and demonstrate the ROI of initiatives.

Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders across Marketing and People, and business leadership teams to ensure cohesive messaging and strategic alignment.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and consultant for regional teams, enabling localized talent attraction efforts.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience leading EVP strategies externally and internally in a global or multi-regional context.
  • Expertise in managing employer brand channels such as Glassdoor, LinkedIn, and similar platforms.
  • Digital fluency CRM and ATS platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to connect employer brand campaigns with hiring outcomes and strategic business goals.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure ROI and derive actionable insights from data.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and collaboration skills, particularly in matrixed organizations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
  • Proven expertise in global employer branding and recruitment marketing.
  • Experience in programmatic campaigns and ROI-focused strategies.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing trends.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
