We are looking for an experienced Employee Relations Manager to join our innovative and forward-thinking team at OneAdvanced. What You Will Do
- Lead Employee Relations Initiatives: Develop compliant, streamlined processes to resolve employee relations issues, working closely with management and our Learning & Development team.
- Policy Compliance: Ensure all People policies are legally compliant and contribute to a positive, inclusive workplace.
- Training & Development: Deliver impactful training programs, including conflict resolution and dignity in the workplace.
- Be a Subject Matter Expert: Collaborate with People Business Partners and legal counsel to address complex employee issues and foster a positive work environment.
- Data-Driven Insights: Partner with the Data Analytics team to monitor and analyze employee relations trends, proposing proactive strategies.
- Collaboration: Work alongside our People Leadership Team to support initiatives that enhance employee experience.
What You Will Have
- Expertise in Employment Law: Deep understanding of UK employment law and its practical application. (Awareness of Indian legislation is a bonus.)
- Influential Leadership: Ability to build credibility and foster collaboration across the business, driving a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Analytical Mindset: Skilled in analysing employee relations data to identify trends, anticipate issues, and develop proactive solutions.
- Adaptability: Flexible and resilient, able to navigate evolving business needs while maintaining composure in challenging situations.
- Project Management: Proven experience in designing, developing, and embedding new processes and policies.
